SDE User Restriction

Is there an option (ArcMap 10.3.1) to set up limited sde access, so user won't be able to view all data-sets and feature classes?

Create a user that only has access to the data that they need; Enterprise geodatabase access—Help | ArcGIS Desktop

This is similar for each supported RDBMS
