Is there a bug with AGOL enterprise logins to the Business Analyst mobile app?

Question

I can sign in with my AD account using AGOL enterprise login to work with the Collector for ArcGIS app.

* On my iPad
* On my Android phone
* Windows 10.

The Business Analyst app has this error on iPad and Android. (I did not see the app in the Microsoft Store)

After it prompts for Sign in to ArcGIS Online > ENTERPRISE LOGIN > [Organizations URL] > Windows Option

This is the Android pop-up:

Server Error

401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

You do not have permission to view the directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

The iPad does not get the error pop-up, it just spins the login attempt icon endlessly.

Is this a known issue?

Also,

Using the web based Business Analyst Online I added our on premise portal for arcgis that also uses single sign on.

The add data web maps and layers dialog prompts for user name and password but does not show an option to use enterprise logins.

Is that available?
