Is it possible to edit (add) filter criteria (Status, Due, Priority, etc) to the dispatcher map?
I have multiple dispatchers and I would like them to be able to filter the assignments that are theirs to assign.

Thanks for letting the community know. I have a similar question as Mike where I created custom fields in the assignments layer and my dispatchers want to filter by one of the custom fields. Being able to customize the filter list would be a great enhancement for Workforce.

This is not possible, but the ability for Dispatchers to filter the assignment list to find theirs is in our roadmap but it hasn't been assigned to a release.
