Is there a way to join workers and assignment features?

Hello!

I have a workforce project that I want to join workers feature and assignments feature according to workerid to have some summary information about the field work with a flowing data. On workers feature, I've calculated objectid to another field; but there is an error "JoinFeature failed." 

I would be grateful if someone help on this issue.

Yes, you can use the Join Features Analysis function to create a join layer between assignments and workers - no field calculations needed. See the following articles for more details:
