What deep-learning ready to use resources exist for identifying stuff?

I saw some pretty sweet demo's at the dev summit of people identifying stuff like pavement cracks from images. Are these resources available? Has anyone released any models that can be used with a collection of images?

Or am I way off base here in how these things work?

Perhaps the help files have a few of interest

Set up TensorFlow deep learning framework for ArcGIS—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop 

and Python 3 is already delivered with Pro, so you work inside of Pro or outside or both 

And you can use any python modules that you are familiar with.

Do note, there is no magic, just the tools are provided.  You can produce some really deep crummy results too
