Lane Widths not Generating

Hello!

I'm modeling streets and after I add parallel parking to the streets and attempt to create lanes, the lanes don't come up, or if they do and I manipulate the parameters enough, they are not even close to as wide as they should be. 

I am using the 2016 Complete Streets Rule provided by ESRI.

Help!
