Interator in model builder do not create new geodatabases from list

Try to make model (ArcGIS 10.2.2) who:

- select features according to predefined table vith values;

- make eksport (our company tool built with ArcObjects) from ArcSDE database to set of new geodatabase with names according to values in predefined table.

If run from Toolbox just one geodatabase is created (in list i have 6 unique values) with all selections data in there.

If run from model builder window 3 geodatabases is created. Each one have data from 2 selections from predefined table (list with 6 unique values).

Any suggestions please!

No one will be able to answer this as your "data eksport tool" is a custom tool. You need to be asking the person who developed that to find out why your model is failing.
