Error Inspector Information

Question

I do have a question about Geodatabase Topology's Error Inspector  and I have looked at the ArcGIS help online however, I could not find it . Here is the screenshot of what I am trying to explain. See the picture here and here are the two circles I drew  on Feature 1 and Feature 2.

What I am trying to understand about it and how these works. As I work on them , I begun to understand but need to grasp what it is and what it does to...

Thank you. I think that does not give me much information. I'd like to get a copy from a brochures or online that is fully explanation about them.

When you are using topology, and your rule is for 2 feature class. you may be need to know the error that inspect  for which feature in feature class.

The feature 1 is for OBJECTID number in the first feature class in rule (Class1 ).

And the feature 2 is for OBJECTID number in the second feature class in rule (Class2 )
