Combine FeatureLayer with Proxy

Hi, I'm trying to query a FeatureLayer Layer: Average Score (Indigenous) (ID: 0) , but from behind a proxy.

I tried combining this FeatureLayer with a GIS object, but that doesn't seem to work.
