Last week, we upgraded most of the ArcGIS user to 10.6.1 from 10.5.1 with TLC patch 1.2. Certain group in company are complaining about not opening ArcMap 10.5.1 mxd's with 10.6.1 (It appeared that desktop has freezed or not doing anything) . When I tried to open it worked for me.Not sure sure what is going on. 10.5.1 mxd contains reference to local data as well loads of reference to Open data available online.
I will appreciate any help.
