What happens to info graphics in web app builder when an associated web map's ownership is changed?

I was told by an ESRI representative that changing the ownership of a web map will not change the web app ID. However, I am curious to know what happens to the charts and info graphics that are linked to that map within Web App Builder. Will the charts and info graphics break once the web map is re-assigned to a new user or group?
