Geodatabase Replica un-registered from parent

I was cleaning up old, unused, database replicas from my parent server. While doing so, I accidentally un-registered the replica that we are currently using. Is there a way to re-register the replica with the parent?

No, you cannot Re-register a replica....

You have to either restore the database from a backup or recreate the Replica...
