Our utility has recently entered into an ELA with ESRI, and we have already setup ArcGIS Server 10.3. We are currently wanting to host everything by intranet and have nothing public facing. Our goal is to setup mobile devices. My first shot was using Flex just to find out that this will not be able to be used on Tablets/smartphones. Looking at all of the available options is simply overwhelming. My question is can anybody recommend using iOS, Droid or Windows? Or is there some other app/software that would allow end users to edit from a mobile device. At this
