I noticed the LGIM address data model .zip is no longer downloadable. Has Community Datasets replaced addresses?

I want to set up a LGIM address data model w attribute assistant. I noticed yesterday that the address.zip is showing invalid file when I try to download it. It appears the address layer now exists in the community datasets.gdb
