Randomly lost connection to SDE Database

Question

Hello All,

Recently upgraded to 10.1 and everything was working fine. All of sudden now, I've lost my connection to the SDE. When I click on either SDE connection, I receive the following error message; "Failed to connect to the specificed server. Do you want to continue? Invalid database name." No one else in my organization is having this issue. As far as I can tell no changes have been made to either my user account or my database connections.  Thanks in advance!

What kind of database are you trying to connect to (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)?

It's SQL Server 2005 on Windows Server 2003
