Could we scan the 3d on the mobile phone such android or iphone?

Could we scan the 3d on the mobile phone now?I query some articles,they tells the March' 14 summit will release some message about the 3d on the mobile device.However,i don't receive the information.Is there a schedule about this for esri?

It's mean is there a 3D web viewer for mobile platform so that i can scan the 3d scene on the mobile.You say more detailed info will be released at the Esri Dev Summit in March '14 in the previous article.
