Since we loaded ArcMap 10.4, we noticed when batch processing that after the process is done it only loads the first outcome to the map document, you then have to go to catalog to load the rest. anyone else notice this problem.

I'll have to do some more research on it when I get time.
well, if it is a bug, it should have been reported, but sometimes these things aren't, so you can check to see if it is a bug
http://downloads.esri.com/support/downloads/other_/1041-IssuesAddressedList.pdf and was addressed in 10.4.1 or report it as a bug/issue if you are sure that a previous workflow with the same data (preferably) did add all the results to the display
We using the stock Arctoolbox tools and right clicking on the tool and selecting batch.
I guess the next question would be how are you batch processing? through one of arctoolbox's tools or a script
