OSM import - "finish" unavailable?

Question

Hi all -

Probably (hopefully) a simple solution to this - but I can't figure it out. Following the tutorial for importing streets, and I get to the last screen of the OSM import box and - the "finish" button is grayed out. What am I missing? It seems so straightforward, but I am learning that that is rarely the case

Is there another small window open on another screen?  After the first dialog box, there is a second one that allows you to select the coordinate system.  The streets should import after saying OK on the second window.
