I am in the process of making our ArcGIS Online Site visible to the public by allowing anonymous access. However the featured content banner on the home page is not showing up when a user is not signed in to our organization. I thought that it may be that there was an app that did not have public access but they all appear to be public. Has anyone else encountered this issue and is there a workaround or setting that I am missing? Thank You. Our home page.
