I edited our Open Data Website and now set parameters for a category. But since last weeks update. THE SEARCH RESULTS page of our Open Data Cannot download the Shared AGOLI Items (Which are PDFs) in the Documents Tab.

Is this a BUG

The first entry I see is 2018 Cycle Map (a PDF). Do you mean that the title is not clickable, thus you cannot download?

(This is not my site, I just know it has content of all types)

Hi folks,

I'm sorry to hear you've been having problems since our release last week. We have a known issue with hosted PDFs where links are not being passed from ArcGIS Online and will let you know once the fix is out.

The PDF links are now working for us, but noticed that it is opening PDF documents framed the same way as spatial datasets (PDF opens in a small middle frame). Is there any way to have it open the PDF document full screen without the map and description frames?

Hi Melissa,

A fix for that will be going out today. Documents are loading on the /items route rather than the /datasets route. When we get the fix out you should be able to see documents like this: http://geohub.brampton.ca/datasets/city-base-map

Is there any way to resize the preview window to make it taller? I've had people tell me they'd like to see a half or full page preview so that they don't even have to click the download button to view the document. Is this possible?

I am able to see my PDFs and when logged in on my account I can use the Download button. However when another user tries to access the PDFs the Download button is greyed out, they can download it within the preview frame however. Any ideas why this may be happening?
