Software to Analyze ArcGIS Server Logs

Question

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering what everyone is using to analyze your ArcGIS Server logs.  We already have software to analyze IIS logs, but would like to know more about the map services, layers people are looking at, and tools they are using without having to read through the log files.  What is everyone else doing to solve these problems?
