Convert AutoCad .dwg file to GeoJSON with all attributes from properties

Hello. I want to convert .dwg file to GeoJSON using ArcGIS Desktop 10.4. Also I want to keep all information from .dwg properties to GeoJSON and keep all styles of points, lines and areas. That is very important to me.

Is that possible to do using ArcGIS 10.4?

Unlikely there is a direct conversion in ArcMap, even in pro you require a featureclass and not a cad file
