A Norwegian client is asking "interesting" questions related to time-dependent transformations, reference systems and implementation in ArcGIS. Now, any information or plans for implementing "time-dependency" in ArcGIS related to geodesy?
Ideally, one should be able to specify time and reference for data capture and time and reference for data delivery and then the systems could handle the rest automatically. Starting to be a big thing here witrh all the offshore O&G activity.
