Error running ArcGis Earth

Question

Hi, I installed ArcGis Earth and ran it once fine but when I was going to run it for second time I got a error.

I uninstalled it, erased the files in C:\Users\unser\AppData\Roaming\ESRI\ArcGISEarth and installed it again but it didn't work.

This is the error window that shows.

Hi Andres,

I am sorry to hear that Earth is not working for you. Can you share log file located at C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\ESRI\ArcGISEarth\logs to JDU@esri.com? Also, a good news is that Earth 1.7 is coming soon, I'd recommend install new build and see if this problem is fixed.
