Increase vertical exaggeration

In local scene, Arc GIS Pro 2.6, 3d layer is flat. How can I increase the vertical exaggeration?

That was true in ArcMap but not in my copy of ArcGIS Pro 2.6. The only option for vertical exaggeration is via the Elevation Sources/Ground.

Hi Robert,

Could you provide some further context? Is this a point/polyline/polygon feature? If you select the layer in the Table of Contents and access the Appearance tab, you should see some extrusion options. I would be glad to assist you with this.
