AGS 10.3 Data store - SDE connections

Question

Anyone else having issues using ArcGIS manager 10.3 to add your SDE connections to the datastore?  We have been unsuccessful in manager - can add folders without an issue.  We have had to use Catalog to add our SDE connections.  Not really a bit issues as we have the work around, but has been futile in all 5 installs of AGS.

That is part of the issue -  no error - just sits there forever attempting to add.  I have let it set for well over 30 minutes.  Takes a quick 10 seconds in AC.  I haven't tried to run Fiddler to see what it is doing in the background as of yet.

What is the error you are receiving when you try to add the SDE geodatabase as a data store?
