Mistake in World Geocode Service (ArcGIS Online)

Question

I was rematching some addresses outside my city's boundaries when found an error. I had the address '182 Moonlight, Murphy, Tx'. There are several results that returned from the locator, but the one that was the closest match was '182 Moonlight Dr, Plano, Tx 75094'.

What was really weird was that I turned on my city boundaries layer & I discovered that the point for '182 Moonlight Dr, Plano, Tx 75094' was actually in the city of Murphy.

Perhaps the ESRI powers that be will correct this? I'm not sure where to submit this information.

Hmm... so their geocoder relies more heavily on zipcode than city name? I guess I don't understand how that would still not show in the match list. I attached a screenshot of another example address.

According to the USPS, zip code 75094 should default to Plano, whenever possible; however, Murphy and Parker are also recognized city names.

The geocoder seems to be working as designed... The most correct form is the city of Plano, per the USPS.
