Calculating the azimuth

Question

Hey everybody,
I have a fixed point with a various number of point´s surrounding him. Now I want to calculate the azimuth/angel of every point concerning to the fixed point. 
Does anybody have a idea?

Check out 3D Near. It seem's to have other options though I didn't see azimuth as you want it.

The "Near" function will give distance and, I believe, direction.
