Attachments not displaying in pop-up

I am having an issue where with my dashboard is not displaying the image attachments in the pop-up. This only just recently started happening (er, or NOT happening). I have not made any changes to the pop-configuration. Attached is an example of the 'expected display' versus the 'current display'.
