Tax Parcel Viewer - Broadband Map

I'm not able to identify on the tax parcel viewer. The loader gif doesn't go away. Is this due to the broadband map being down because of the the government shutdown?

Yes, unfortunately this error is caused by the Federal Shutdown. We are working on a KB article to help users address this issue during the shutdown. If you'd like further in, please contact Esri Support Services.

I would also like a fix, if available. I don't even use the broadband service in my app, but it is still populating that info (or trying to anyway).
