Seems that my issue is the Topographic map pulling from ESRI servers when i try to download the map onto Ipad, is there a way to disable this in my Maps on Portal and use basemapping that I have cached on my arcserver? I need this fuctionality so my field tech's can download maps where there is no cellular signal while out in the field. Thanks in advance.
