Dashboard not showing from gallery

We have a dashboard on our that we want made public, so we put it into our gallery for the City's website. However, when a person clicks the link to open the dashboard from the gallery, it goes to a page of text. When the dashboard is opened from a secondary gallery that we created but decided not to use, it works fine. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

I haven't heard of this issue before. So when the dashboard item is shared in one gallery, it does not work. But when shared in another it does, is that correct?

I would verify/check that all the configuration/sharing settings of the first gallery are set correctly. Do they match the settings of the second gallery (where the dashboard does work)?
