Fondo negro con cuadrícula

<\/HEAD>Estoy usando la aplicación ArcGIS iOS con mapas creados en ArcGIS Online. La aplicación iOS muestra este fondo negro con una cuadrícula gris en áreas no cubiertas por un polígono (ver adjunto). Usando ArcGIS Online, el fondo es normalmente blanco. ¿Hay alguna manera, sin publicar un nuevo basemap, de que el fondo blanco se muestre en iOS? ¿Alguna otra sugerencia?<\/SPAN><\/BODY><\/HTML>

I know this does not help but we have the same thing but our background is grey.  Did anyone figure it out?

I'm using ArcGIS iOS app using maps created on ArcGIS Online. The iOS app show this black background with a gray grid in areas not covered by a polygon (see attachment). Using ArcGIS Online the background in the normal white. Is there anyway without publishing a new basemap to have the white background show in the iOS? Any other suggestions?

we have the same problem.
