Offline rounting capability on runtime sdk

Reading the documentation I found an information about how to use a route task to perform routing.

According to this link, you need to use an external Network Analyst Service to perform the routing task: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/runtime-ios-sdk/concepts/#/Route_Task/00pw00000056000000/

Does anyone know if it is possible to perform routing being completely disconnected by using the runtime sdk ( it can be iOS, Android or Windows Phone) ?

Not with current Runtime SDKs. In future, it'll be possible.
