labelling bar chart symbology in ArcGIS Pro 2.6

Hi.

Is it possible to add labels to bar charts (on the map) in the symbology bar chart  function in ArcGIS Pro 2.6. I have seen questions where this was not possible in earlier versions.

I've never found a way to label the charts when you are using the primary symbology type of chart. I think that is what you're asking. It does make the symbology sort of pointless. Hopefully someone can correct me and show us how.
