Setting the coordinate system of the *.apm file,

I couldn???t figure out how the coordinate system of the *.apm can be set or switched.

You do not set the coordinate system of the .APM file. The coordinate system is related to the feature classes in the .AXF. So when you use the ArcPad Data Manager tool, the coordinate system of your feature classes is maintained through the check-out process and utilized in ArcPad.

If I can add to that: You choose your coordinate system when you create your feature class in ArcMap, before you even use the ArcPad data manager.

I thought that the coordinate system can still be set from the ArcPad.
