Generate Static Image from Web Layer

Hello Community,

I have been reading the documentation related to exporting static images from web services, but I cannot find how to export a static image from my Hosted Tile Layer or Web Map (both on Arcgis Online: maps.arcgis.com).

If I try to run the operation on my tile layer, I receive an error 400 with a message that says: Operation not supported.

Is there a way to achieve this export of an static image on ArcGIS online?

I have the same issue with a tile layer. The weird thing is that if I use the Tile layer url as part of a published ArcGIS Server print service, the print service know what to do and generate an image.

So obviously it must be possible, but  "/MapServer/export?" request.

Any help will be appreciate
