Anyone has build a JavaScript API Viewer ?

have you built a JavaScript viewer and are currently using it?

- did you start from scratch?
  - did you use any of the JavaScript templates
  - did you use any github templates
  - did you use any ArcGIS Online templates download them modified them and then upload them
  - did you use the AMD style
  - any other approach?

Have you already changed the map id (webmap) from an ArcGIS Server instead of an AGOL?

Which github template do you recommend?
