Is there any limitation to run client WPF application with ArcGisRuntime on Windows Server 2008 R2?

I'm always getting an ESRI exception (on Windows Server 2008 R2) while application is running ok on Windows 7 desktops.

I'm on version 10.2.3.

The latest version 10.2.5 should work. It is listed here in the system requirements
