Download Basemap from ArcGIS Online

Hello All,

I was wondering if there is any way to download ESRI Basemap for an AOI as tile package. I tried to create tile package using the services from http://tiledbasemaps.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services .But when I try to analyze it says the format is not right.

Is this possible ?
