Question

Please dears i am Senior GIS engineer and joined for project to establish GIS database schema for ministry of housing for different countries could any one help me and share with me what the role and standard to create GIS database schema ?

The Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R) U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has a page with eGIS API and Metadata Documentation that some field names and descriptions of their data. Maybe some of it will be applicable to the housing data you're working with.
