Georeferencing scale tool: Can you set a value?

Does anyone know if/how to set a value to scale an image during georeferencing instead of dragging the corners?

It looks like when you have the Scale tool enabled from the Prepare group, hit the A key to get a rescale dialog where you can enter values:
