How do i control the application dimensions in an IFrame on an IPAd?

I have this application:

It sits in a Concrete 5 IFrame. When i open it up on an IPad i cannot see the toolbars on the right of the screen. I fiddled around with the bootstrap CSS for the Concrete 5 page and cant get it to quite work right. Anyone else experience this?
