Esri is enforcing HTTPS with HSTS

Question

Hi Gurus,

I need your help!!! I have AGOL on-premise application with following configuration.

1. 'web map services' has converted to https within Webmap

2. map application is sitting on http (http://mycompany/mapportal)

3. My map application has configured popup which calls links that are in http

How I can bypass Number 2 and 3.

Also, What kind of message is expected when calling an http website after due date.

Thanks Dan for your response. I have reviewed above. I need to resolve links called from ArcGIS Online application. any help is appreciated.
