Hi, I am working in ArcMap 10.3 and I accidentally 'converted features to graphics' and now I can't make any of my features' labels appear. I'd greatly appreciate any help. How can I get my labels to appear?

You could restore the changes from Layer Properties > Display tab.
You could see a list of features under "Feature Exclusion". Just restore them.
check the notations in the features to graphics help topic, I think it was what you want to do
