I am trying to develop a transportation services map based on the user's address. They would type in location of pick-up and then a list of all available options would be displayed.
A great option for this would be to put your transportation layers into a map and use Web AppBuilder with the near me widget. Here is the documentation on the widget and steps to configure it further, Near Me.
