Unable to view WorkForce Project in App

I set up a simple WorkForce application but it is not showing up as a project in the WorkForce app on either Android or iOS. I am the owner of the project and using the same sign in on the apps. Thoughts?

Hi Todd,

I recently had this issue with a fresh ArcGIS Enterprise install. After installing this Workforce Patch Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1 ArcGIS Workforce General Patch everything started working again as it should.

Might you be using the new ArcGIS Workforce project schema and trying to open it in the "classic" Workforce for ArcGIS mobile app? FYI, there are currently two releases of Workforce. Please see the note in this blog,
