Example my Application Developed in 2.4 SL api and i want add some Tools from 3.2 SL Api ...

What do you mean? Did you run into issues when you compile after changing the ArcGIS SL version referenced?
Note that, for testing, you can install side by side multiple ArcGIS API for Silverlight versions. Make sure your project references the version you want to test.
Actually before my manager chose a template which is desighn in 2.4 api. We also modified some libraires for performence, now every thing is ok, but problem is that there are no server printing and no shape file upload tasks. Only i want this 2 functions... my silverlight is 5 but api is 2.4.
If there easy way for migrating then i will try but i cant update my codes for 3.2

No, you can't mix 2 versions of a Library in one application.
Why not just migrate to 3.2 SL API?
