I have data in ArcGIS online and I want to generate a report of the data.

No, currently there is no functionality that supports creating and printing reports in ArcGIS Online. This is a known limitation, and there are no plans to support this functionality.
Other Esri applications, such as Business Analyst Online (BAO), ArcGIS for Server, and ArcMap, generate and print reports.
