How to Smooth Contours from topo to raster???

Question

Does anyone know how to smooth the contours generated from topo to raster interpolation?  Is it possible.  Some of my contours are jagged.  I tried changing the cell size to 0.003 but its did not really help.  Any other suggestions?

This is one of the tools that are only available with an ArcEditor or ArcInfo License. The help topics on the tools shows what license level are required to run them.

how about Smooth Line in Cartography Tools / Generalization.

Hmm. I dont see it mine.  Using Version 10.0 in ArcToolbox, under Cartography tools, all I have is Annotation and Data Driven Pages.
